Welcome to ''Treasure,'' a beautiful waterfront home that was featured in Cape Cod Home magazine Spring 2017 edition. Built in 2016, this home was designed to take advantage of the never-ending views from the north, west, and south. The easy part will be relaxing here, the hard part will leaving.
The home features two large master bedrooms en suite upstairs with a balcony and sitting room. The first floor has an office (converted to a bedroom) and the basement is finished with a living room and full bath and bunk beds. There is enough room to sleep 9 within the three levels of living space. There are two laundry areas (one on the second floor and one in the finished lower level) and 4 full baths.
The outside really extends the living space and takes this house to the next level with an outdoor kitchen with a pizza oven and living room with outdoor TV. There is an expansive deck for dining, hanging chairs to relax in, and an outdoor shower, a Cape Cod must have after a long day at the beach.

$1500/night weekends in June and Sept.
Minimum of 1 week for June and September bookings. Off season minimum of two nights. Minimum of three nights on holiday weekends.
In season- June 29th-August 24th- $9,000/week
minimum of 1 week. Discount for multiple weeks available.
